We cross the state line in the middle of the Mississippi River. What a river, too. The creeks in this part of the country make our rivers back home look small.
Our Evergreen host in Memphis, Susan & Kirk. Another pair of great people. They drove us into town and were great tour guides.

This is Beal Street which is blocked off on Saturday's for performers and the weekend crowd. This group of guys were one of the dance teams on America's Got Talent. They were discussing the next routine.

We took the trolly on a loop around the historical parts of the city and along the river. Don't ask why we didn't get a photo of the outside...can't figure that one out.
